Sitting in the Chair

The Caregiver Advocacy Workshop Series

An 8-Week Journey of Confidence, Compassion & Finding Your Voice

Caring for someone you love can be overwhelming, especially when you're trying to navigate medical decisions, ask difficult questions, and make sure their voice is heard.

You don't have to figure it all out alone.

Inspired by Sitting in the Chair, this complimentary eight-week workshop brings caregivers together to explore seven practical advocacy tools, share experiences, and build the confidence to speak up when it matters most.

No special knowledge is needed. Just a willingness to learn, connect, and discover the strength you may not realize you already have.

Seven Tools.  One Stronger Voice.

Throughout our eight weeks together, we'll explore seven practical tools designed to help you ask better questions, navigate difficult situations, protect your loved one's dignity, and become a more confident partner in their care.

Find Your Footing

Regain your sense of direction when everything feels overwhelming.

Ask the Question Anyway

Find the confidence to ask, even when it's uncomfortable.

Don't Accept Silence

Learn when and how to follow up until you get answers.

Protect Their Dignity

Keep your loved one's humanity at the center of every decision.

Navigate the System

Understand how to find information, resources, and support.

Drive the Next Step

Turn concerns into clear, practical action.

Trust What You Know

Recognize the value of your observations and experience.

These tools aren't steps to follow in order.

They're yours to use whenever—and however—you need them.

Your Invitation to the Chair

I'm opening the doors to a small group of caregivers for a complimentary eight-week journey of learning, conversation, and practical advocacy.

Together, we'll explore the seven tools from Sitting in the Chair, practice finding our voices, and learn from one another in a welcoming, supportive environment.
